Objetivo del puesto de trabajo:
Integrado en el departamento de Marketing y Comunicación de CBRE España, buscamos la incorporación para una sustitución por baja de maternidad de un Marketing Manager.
Esta persona deberá tener capacidad de entender el negocio para aportar ideas de posicionamiento y asegurar que el mensaje llegue de forma eficaz a los clientes.
Además, deberá contar con buenas habilidades de redacción, ser una persona organizada, con capacidad de gestionar y trabajar con plazos ajustados, así como con facilidad para trabajar en entornos y estructuras corporativas dinámicas y complejas.
Responsabilidades:
Impulsar el posicionamiento de las principales áreas de negocio de CBRE, acompañándoles en la conceptualización y ejecución de estrategias de posicionamiento, normalmente a través de la difusión de contenido, ya sea con un carácter divulgativo o comercial.
- Liderar la comunicación corporativa con clientes, a través del desarrollo de acciones como newsletters y comunicados y organización de eventos.
- Liderar la estrategia de contenido de las diferentes áreas de negocio de CBRE, coordinando la generación del contenido, sea cual sea el formato, y definiendo la estrategia de difusión idónea para cada caso.
- Coordinación con el resto de áreas del departamento de Marketing y Comunicación para posicionar tanto internamente como externamente el contenido generado: redes sociales, prensa, marca & diseño y comunicación interna.
- Liderar la producción de eventos vinculados al negocio dirigidos a clientes.
- Detección de oportunidades de comunicación a partir del contenido generado en toda la estructura de CBRE (tanto a nível nacional como EMEA o Global).
- Redacción de contenidos para la web de CBRE en España.
Requisitos:
- Al menos 4 años de experiência en las funciones descritas.
- Buena habilidad de redacción y capacidad de conceptualización.
- Creatividad y habilidades de storytelling.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Organización, planificación.
- Experiência en la producción de eventos corporativos.
- Facilidad para la comunicación.
- Capacidad de crear, gestionar y trabajar dentro de plazos ajustados.
