En Meliá Lebreros estamos buscando un/a Guest Experience Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo

Misión:
Superar las expectativas logrando la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones principales:

  • Atención al cliente tanto de forma previa a la llegada, seguimiento de la estancia y contacto posterior.
  • Coordinación con equipo y otros departamentos durante la operativa para garantizar el máximo nível de servicio y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
  • Seguimiento de clientes VIP.
  • Reputación online.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Grado en turismo o similar.
  • Experiência en puesto similar de un mínimo de dos años.
  • Nível de inglés alto. Se valorará conocimientos en otros idiomas.
  • Orientación al cliente y al detalle, buenas dotes de comunicación, resolución de problemas, adaptación al cambio y trabajo en equipo.
