MISIÓN:

Formando parte del Guest Service Center, gestiona todas las llamadas telefónicas de los hoteles a los que se ofrece servicio, tanto de clientes internos como externos, siempre usando un tono de voz y fraseología adecuada a cada solicitud, haciendo uso de las diferentes herramientas de Guest Experience enlazadas al sistema.

Formación:
Bachillerato

  • Experiência: preferiblemente experiência en una posición de servicio telefónico / atención al cliente
  • Capacidades: orientación al cliente, resolutiva, comunicativa, flexibilidad y capacidad de coordinación
  • Idiomas: castellano (nativo) & inglés (mín. nível C1) y se valorarán los conocimientos de francés y/o alemán
