Descripción del puesto

Buscamos Agente de Customer Service para nuestra central de reservas y atención al cliente.

Tu misión principal será atender y asesorar a nuestros huéspedes y potenciales clientes durante todo el proceso de compra y su estancia, con el objetivo de proveer de forma eficiente una experiencia satisfactoria e inolvidable en su conjunto.

Tareas del puesto

Atender los diferentes canales de comunicación de la central de reservas (teléfono, chatbot, tickets, chat de ).Asesoramiento durante el proceso de compra de los usuarios.Gestión y supervisión de reservas.Realizar tareas de post-venta (seguimiento pagos, gestionar peticiones de modificación/cancelación, etc.)Tareas operativas relacionadas con la reserva del clienteTareas administrativas relacionadas con canales de reserva de terceros (OTAs). Seguimiento de los pagos, etc.Canalizar las peticiones de los huéspedes al departamento correspondiente.Gestionar incidencias de postventaResolver reclamaciones

Requisitos

Formación Profesional y experiencia previa en Servicios de Atención al Cliente (Valorable Grado Universitario en Turismo)

Aptitudes comerciales

Proactiva, resolutiva y muy organizada, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y bajo presión.

Buen manejo de sistemas de reservas y conocimientos informáticos a nivel usuario.

Valorable conocimiento de idiomas (Inglés, Francés, Italiano)

Posibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.

Contrato indefinido fijo discontinuo a jornada completa hasta 31/08 aproximadamente
