SENIOR AREA MANAGER MIDDLE EAST que, reportando al Director de la Unidad de Negocio, tendrá como objetivo desarrollar e implementar la estrategia comercial de la división asignada y categorías complementarias en la zona.


SENIOR AREA MANAGER MIDDLE EAST
En dependencia del Director de la División, tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:

Realizar el Plan de zona / país de acuerdo con el Plan estratégico de la Compañía del territorio bajo su responsabilidad.

Participar en la propuesta de objetivos, presupuestos de ventas, de precios, gastos e inversiones.

a) Validación / Evaluación distribuidor
- búsquedas alternativas si es el caso

b) Definición gama adecuada mercado

c) Definición ciclos comerciales

d) Definición calendario de novedades, promociones, incentivos por ciclo comercial

e) Propuesta de posicionamiento precio vs. Competencia Directa

f) Elaboración de las estructuras de precios

g) Capacidad de enfoque y segmentación por todos los diferentes canales de distribución del Territorio susceptibles de trabajar la marca.

h) Estimaciones de ventas, facturación, margen bruto, inversiones, y PL resultante.

Responsable de los stocks y periodo de maduración de sus filiales / clientes.

Responsable de la consecución de objetivos de venta, margen bruto, y circulante en su caso.

Responsable de los stocks y período de maduración de sus filiales / distribuidor.

Responsable de realizar una venta segura, sin riesgo de impago.

Responsable de la P&L hasta el Margen de Contribución, del territorio bajo su responsabilidad.

Controlar y gestionar el presupuesto aprobado ventas y gastos.

Idear planes que fomenten la valorización del producto.

Idear promociones que fomenten la valorización de la venta y maximizar nuestra participación de mercado.

Habilidad en la prospección, gestión, motivación y fidelización de distribuidores.

Formación

Licenciado/a en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas y/o similar, valorándose formación complementaria.

Experiência

Experiência mínima de 4-5 años en puesto de similares características Senior.

Experiência en la negociación con distribuidores y/o grandes cuentas a nível internacional.

Experiência en la dirección y/o gestión de fuerzas de ventas locales

Experiência en productos FMCG sector gran consumo (distribución masiva)

Idiomas:

Español, Inglés y Francés negociación.
