As the EMEA eCom Insights & Performance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting actionable insights, pioneering best practices, and streamlining processes to amplify efficiency and unlock added value

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing a holistic E2E Data Connection, encompassing Analytics and Insights across categories, markets, Demand, Supply, and Finance.
  • Spearheading the execution of our eCommerce strategy, which includes sculpting data processing methodologies and refining data interpretation.
  • Setting, monitoring, and reporting vital KPIs to a diverse range of stakeholders, offering profound analysis and insights on our product range as well as the competitive landscape to bolster our business growth.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Use our platform of data to develop and present comprehensive, actionable, and accurate insights, from the analyst to the executive level.
  • Work with account managers, program managers, and line manager to proactively identify and address customer questions and issues
  • Develop indepth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches, and business recommendations
  • Gather and organize various data sets and help transform into usable dashboards and insights
  • Take ownership of the Tableau/Powerbase Cloud, managing all aspects of its operation
  • Setting up digital analytical solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to improve access to data, insight and reporting for wider teams as well as implementing initiatives to simplify and offer user friendly and actionable insights for local teams' analysis
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to advocate for best practices in dashboard development and data extraction
  • Regular analysis of data relating to finance / P&L, Sales & Share and other Key Metrics in collaboration with eCom Insights and Analytics team.
  • Build capability, and help upskill internal endtoend functions on ecommerce analytics and practices
  • Using Data to help forecast Business Planning / Size of Business for future years by channel and market leveraging
  • Collaborate and partner with crossfunctional eCommerce team to share best practices, foster effective collaboration, and drive business outcomes
  • Guide and collaborate with DT IT team on tooling for eCom

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 8+ years of sales/eCommerce experience with a proven track record in growing digital business.
  • 5+ years in an analytical/data management role, including ecommerce or omnichannel responsibilities.
  • Multichannel expertise, especially in eCommerce, within FMCG, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Industry exposure: FMCG, Healthcare, retail, consumer goods.
  • Customercentric with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Capable of working crossfunctionally at all levels.
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity.
  • Attention to detail, dedication to quality, and persistence.
  • Required skills: SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon platform, and digital shelf knowledge.
  • Must have experience: with digital data/eCom data providers (Profiterio, Helium10 etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage numerous priorities.
