As a Customer Service and Bookings agent, your duties will involve:
  • Taking and managing reservations efficiently.
  • Handling inquiries through email or phone with a keen eye for detail.
  • Dealing with group requests, providing quotes and custom menus, and keeping in touch with agencies and event organizers.
  • Acting as the communication bridge between clients and restaurants.
Serving as a sales link for MICE and private events.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Cover Manager/The Fork/Open table
  • CRM experience
  • 1-2 years background as front desk agents
  • Demonstrable tourism sector experience of at least 1 year in restaurants, hotels, or event planning agencies
