MISION
Esta figura se enfoca en brindar asistencia al Director de Calidad & Training, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de calidad y de los estándares de las Marcas de nuestros hoteles, así como en el plan de formación del Resort, compartiendo la Cultura y valores de Marriott y de nuestras Marcas

(St Regis, Sheraton y Luxury Collection).

Funciones principales

  • Mantener canales de comunicación efectivos y cercanos con los asociados/as y jefes de departamento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía.
  • Compartir la cultura de la empresa y ser un ejemplo en el cumplimiento de los valores de la marca.
  • Realización de tareas administrativas de la gestión del área de Calidad y formación (actualización ficheros, documentación, archivo,etc.)
  • Guiar y asesorar a los distintos managers en la gestión de las diferentes herramientas para la gestión de Calidad y estándares de la Marca.
  • Colaborar, motivar y apoyar a los equipos hacia una misma meta logrando resultados de forma efectiva y velando por su satisfacción.
  • Brindar apoyo a otras áreas del departamento cuando sea necesario.
  • Verificar que las actividades de formación se llevan a cabo.
  • Asistir con el desarrollo y realización de las acciones formativas (internas y externas).
  • Preparación de la documentación, material, necesario para las acciones formativas.
  • Registrar las acciones formativas en las distintas herramientas de seguimiento y control.
  • Conocer los programas de formación de Marriott, en especial BASE programme.
  • Manejo de las herramientas de formación de Marriott (DLZ)
Participación en Programa Take Care, Serve 360 y resto de actividades de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y Sostenibilidad si se requiere

Habilidades y formación

  • Grado universitario o FP Grado superior (Derecho, Relaciones laborales, ADE, Turismo, Administración o estudios afines)
  • Excel Avanzado
  • Nível alto de inglés y castellano
