Investigate and correct potential errors reported by any department in the company and analyze the HBG's responsibility:
- Review the contracts/integrations against the data sent to the Loading teams (data available in SF)
- Contact Sourcing department for further clarifications
- Contact IT for technical issues
- Elaborate the Loss Forms in order to assess the economic impact of the errors:
- Extract the list of bookings affected from Tableau / ATLAS 2.0
- Calculate the proper costs & sales of the bookings affected
- Mitigate the losses thanks to Tariff Error protocol (TEP), when possible, to minimize the economic impact of the contract errors:
- Activate TEP and share relevant info with stakeholders
- Track TEP activations and elaborate updated reports
- Ensure proper registration of all relevant data in Salesforce, ensure data accuracy and follow properly all the QC processes
