Transformation Manager - Drive WPS and Cloud Transformation
- Responsibility to drive assigned Operations & IT OEs towards defined priorities and target picture
- Strategically support implementation and harmonization of relevant Operations & IT projects
- Coordinate, monitor, and actively steer Group Operations & IT priorities in each OE
- Provide transparency on all Ops & IT priorities pertaining to the respective OE
- Create effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Steer Transformation roadmaps for global and local Operations & IT strategy
Major IT investments and its related benefits:
- Structure portfolios and create ITCo presentations jointly with the OE
- Identify critical topics, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate measures
- Orchestrate various steering tools of Allianz Group
- Business & IT Strategy sessions, IT Steering Boards, KPI dashboards creation, exception management process, ITCo project status monitoring in WAVE, IT Project portfolio assessments
- Your Skills:
- Academic background in IT, Economics, or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of Operations and IT
- Proven experience in international project management within large IT projects
- Knowledge of financial and operational steering, KPIs, and quality management
- Good understanding of the insurance industry
- Excellent MS-Office skills, proficiency in English, willingness to travel
