About the Role:

Talent Smart is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, particularly within the context of major enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and will be instrumental in driving successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to the transformation.
  3. Communication: Design and deliver clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communication plans to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  4. Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure users are well-prepared to utilize SAP S/4HANA effectively. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and coordinating with external training providers.
  5. Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance and develop proactive strategies to address concerns and mitigate risks associated with the change.
  6. Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how the SAP S/4HANA implementation will affect different business units, processes, and roles, and develop tailored change management plans accordingly.
  7. Change Champions: Build and manage a network of change champions across the organization to support the change management efforts and facilitate grassroots-level adoption.
  8. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key metrics to measure the success of change management activities and regularly report progress to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and refine change management strategies to ensure the effective adoption and long-term sustainability of SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across all levels of the organization.
  2. Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading change management efforts within large-scale transformation programs, particularly in ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA.
  3. SAP S/4HANA Experience: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes, with experience in facilitating its adoption across diverse business units.
