Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative or Recruiter at OSYS, your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing our growth by utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Telegram. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality prospects that can enhance OSYS's initiatives, either via valuable B2B networks, identifying key influencers, or sourcing future talent for our BDM positions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and develop leads through social media and other digital avenues.

- Identify and establish connections with influential stakeholders who can contribute to OSYS.

- Recruit talents for BDM roles and other vacancies within our organization.

- Foster robust B2B partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate potential hires.

 

What We’re Looking For:

- Candidates who are enthusiastic about personal and professional advancement.

- Background or interest in the finance and investment industries is highly desirable.

- Strong grasp of B2B processes and relationship cultivation.

- Knowledge or keen interest in social media marketing and networking.

- Ambition to succeed and contribute to overall success.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous as the role caters to an international audience.
