Por eso estamos buscamos un perfil de Ux Retail Specialist para unirse al equipo de Customer Experience, donde tu misión principal será implementar la estrategia de CX en lo relativo a experiencia integral de los clientes con la Marca y la Red de Concesionarios/Agentes, teniendo en cuenta todos los puntos de contacto en el ciclo de cliente, y aportando una visión holística que permita garantizar el liderazgo de Audi respecto a sus competidores, en lo relativo a Experiencia de Cliente.

Work life balance.Cantina propia y subvención en dietas.Retribución flexible: Ticket Guardería, Formación.Programa interno de innovación empresarial (Garage 360).Planes de Engagement y programa wellbeing.Excelente clima laboral.Descuento en productos propios (para empleado y familiares).Formación anual (hard y soft skills, idiomas).Seguro de Vida.Portátil y móvil de empresa.Renting de coches.Y mucho más...¿Cómo es el día a día de un UX RETAIL en Volkswagen Group España?Seguimiento y puesta en marcha estudios y/o encuestas que nos permitan extraer KPIs de Calidad (realistas y veraces) que midan cada touch point del cliente con el dealer/agente con el objetivo de poder implementar medidas correctoras desde marca.Mantenimiento y adaptación del portal CX multimarca, para lo que deberá coordinarse con el resto de las marcas, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un Portal común.Análisis agregado de marca de los indicadores de experiencia de cliente que provienen de las distintas fuentes de información de clientes, para con ello definir e implementar planes de acción orientados a la mejora constante de la experiencia de los clientes con la Marca y la Red de concesionarios.Análisis especifico de los indicadores de experiencia y satisfacción de clientes en el entorno modelo de agencia, así como asegurar la implementación de planes de acción por parte de la Red de Agentes, con el fin de alinear los resultados a los indicadores del modelo tradicional.Asegurar la implementación del customer journey (proceso integral precompra-compra-poscomptra) ideal para clientes diferenciando los 2 modelos comerciales con los que opera la red (ICE vs BEV), así como, definir e impulsar planes de formación específicos sobre cada área de negocio, y modelo comercial, con el objetivo de potenciar la satisfacción de los clientes.Seguimiento y colaboración para la consolidación y evolución del rol de CX Manager (Programa "ahora" Audi CX Impulso), como embajador de la experiencia de cliente, en la Red de Concesionarios y Agentes. Para ello, co-liderará a dicho colectivo desde la marca, para asegurar que los procesos definidos se implementan de forma efectiva en toda la Red.¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir para formar parte de nuestro equipo?Grado universitario: ADE/Marketing.Nivel de inglés mínimo: B2.
