Responsabilities:

  • As part of the Account Executive team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of the Spanish market.
  • Developing a pipeline of strategic accounts
  • Prospecting and generating a part of your meetings
  • Strategic conversations with prospects interested in our services
  • Meeting with prospects, preparing demos of our platform, and providing reassurance when prospects do not yet feel ready to start actively running this type of business
  • Building and ensuring a good relationship with prospects
  • Closing negotiations before handing over the client to our CSM
  • Knowing how to deal with market competitors
  • Ability (and desire) to understand customer needs and identify opportunities (upsell, cross-sell...)

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working as an Account Executive
  • Ability to meet customer needs and increase customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time management skills
  • Ambition, rigor and resilience: you don't give up easily, you have a positive mindset (you know there are tough days but you know how to overcome them)
