and Requirements Your role of Customer Success & Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (MS CSP) Business Development Specialist will be a critical in positioning Lenovo as a leader in Microsoft cloud & subscription services.

With your good sales expertise, customer service skills, and passion for technology, you'll deliver exceptional and innovative business solutions that complement Lenovo's datacenter products.

Whether prospecting for new business, enabling account managers to generate new leads, or providing ongoing support to retain existing customers, through the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP for short) program, your role as a Cloud/Subscription Sales Specialist, working together with the EMEA CSP Sales Manager ISG, is strategic toward expanding Lenovo's strategic customer relationships.

You will be responsible for the CSP business for Iberia market.

You will report to the Iberia SSG Leader.

You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with the EMEA Specialized teamWhat You will do:

Guide key business stakeholders through technology road mapping processes including budgeting & purchasing Microsoft 365 and Managed Services on M365, Copilot etc through commercial sales: SMB-MM and Enterprise.

Execute and manage ongoing reporting and cadence with Lenovo and Microsoft stakeholdersProvide weekly Lenovo sales & pipeline report for CSPQuarterly plan creation and engagement with Lenovo Services teamPartner closely with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure Microsoft assets and business priorities are clearly articulated and demonstrated in merchandising and training tactics.

Responsibilities With a deep product expertise and a rich understanding of software subscription products, you'll:

Proactively engage Customers and Partners to highlight potential program, spending or account concernsDevelop offering reports to communicate status of operations to customers and internal teamsGrow, and expand customer product adoption and revenue Analyze customer needs and present solutions that include subscriptions and servicesEducate sales teams about new business subscription offerings to generate net new leadsExecute floor days, demos, and trainings/lunch & learns (remote video unless onsite available)Maintain sales references for M365.

Facilitate completion of customer agreements, and onboardingProvide customer support to provision and consume subscription servicesAttend training to understand company, market, industry trends and to maintain expertise in all of Lenovo's CSP product offeringsWhat you'll bring/ Position Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience selling M365 and Services to business customers and through the specialized Channel.8-10 years of experience with solutions-based sales environment with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotasFluent English.

Portuguese is not mandatory but will considered as well.

Additionally, the following skills and attributes will help your success:
Working closely with customer to make sure their needs are met.
