We are looking for a Data Scientist Team Lead to lead our data science team and enhance the Data & Analytics strategy at Allianz Spain.

This key role will drive data science projects that generate business value and improve corporate decision-making.

What will you do in the team? Lead and manage a team of data scientists to drive the Data & Analytics strategy of Allianz Spain.

Develop and execute data science projects that generate business value and improve decision-making in the company.

Collaborate closely with other internal teams to identify opportunities for data science application in areas such as underwriting, claims, marketing, and operations.

Design and oversee the implementation of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence solutions. Contribute to the development of the company's data strategy, including the management and optimization of data infrastructure and architecture. What does the team need from you? University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field (Master's and/or Ph.
D. valued). Proven experience in managing data science teams and implementing data science projects in a business environment.

Experience in deploying and applying MLOps methodologies (Experience in AzureML or similar highly valued) Solid knowledge in predictive modeling techniques, machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.

Experience in using programming tools and languages such as Python and SQL, and in using data science libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience in using cloud environments (Azure highly valued) to implement data science solutions and manage data infrastructure in the cloud.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with leadership and project management skills.
