As the Head of Data Science, you will be responsible for leading our data science initiatives and driving innovation in our use of data and machine learning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and customer value.

This is a hands-on position, you will be joining the company at a early stage and you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively with the founding team to build and deliver innovative solutions.

Tasks Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and customer value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to define and deliver data-driven solutions that support business objectives. Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Work with engineering teams to design and implement scalable data infrastructure to support data-driven initiatives. Identify new opportunities for data-driven solutions and evaluate emerging data science technologies to inform business strategy and drive innovation. Communicate complex data science concepts and insights to stakeholders across the organization, including executives and non-technical teams. Requirements PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience leading data science initiatives, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis, with experience developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses. Experience managing and mentoring data science teams, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
