Funciones:
Elaboración de contenidos y programación así como creación de informes periódicos de análisis de impacto y mejora para el negocio.
Desarrollo de publicaciones, imágenes, videos, edición, posproducción, etcDistribución de contenido en función del análisis del negocios. Análisis de competidores y best practises globales.
Gestión de proveedores.
Uso de herramientas de análisis para evaluar el rendimiento.
Presentación a stakeholders internos del estado de la actividad social.
Coordinación con el equipo de marketing, comercial y otros departamentos en distintas oficinas y ciudades.
Planificación, ejecución y control de campañas específicas de social ads.
Elaboración de propuestas para clientes como parte del servicio de Savills Residencial.
Titulación:
Graduado/a en ADE, Marketing o similar.
Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia Community Manager.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Valorables conocimientos de SEO y marketing digital así como conocimientos del Sector Inmobiliario.
Valorable herramientas en gestión de contenidos:
Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, de diiseño: Canva, Adobe Spark en analítica: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, Metricool, BuzzSumo, en gestión de proyectos: Trello, Asana, Monday, Jira, ClickUp,o en colaboración y comunicación: Slack, Teams, Zoom, GDrive, Notion, Evernote.
