¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Gestionar todos los aspectos de los proyectos de sistemas fotovoltaicos, desde la fase de diseño hasta la implementación y mantenimiento.Coordinar con los diferentes departamentos para garantizar que los proyectos se completen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.Realizar análisis de riesgos y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación.Preparar y presentar informes de progreso a las partes interesadas.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de seguridad en todos los proyectos.Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el sector de la energía fotovoltaica.Proporcionar liderazgo y orientación al equipo de proyecto. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería de las Energías y/o similares. Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de proyectos fotovoltaicos.Conocimiento profundo de los sistemas de energía solar y su aplicación en proyectos de construcción.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.Capacidad para trabajar de forma efectiva en un entorno de equipo y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.Compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la energía renovable. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
