Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing best practices and working methodologies at Juno Projects, implementing them, monitoring various projects, and shaping the working culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the working framework at Juno Projects for hardware development projects, working closely with the management team.
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate hardware development teams for projects related to future propulsion systems.
  • Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to organize and supervise hardware developments.
  • Prepare high-level deliverables to meet project needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure quality, on-time, and on-cost project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Manage institutional projects and contracts from entities like the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Commission (EC), or national ones like CDTI or the upcoming Spanish Space Agency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in monitoring and managing projects, demonstrating the ability to tackle technical challenges and meet established deadlines and budgets.
  • Proven experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful project delivery.
