beBee is actively looking for an Account Manager, working in Madrid.

The Account Manager will be someone who’s a team player and can work independently, a self-motivated experienced individual from a job board, recruitment advertising agency, and/or PPC recruitment sales environment. Your role is to help support our Sales team with campaign setup, campaign management, client relationships, data analysis and more. This will be a sales oriented role as you will be gaining new accounts in addition to existing client relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain new accounts within the company
  • Communicate directly with agencies/clients and internal Sales via phone, email, and in-person meetings (travel is associated with this position)
  • Focus on retention and growth of your clients by understanding their business and meeting customer goals
  • Assist with account setups
  • Manage client budgets
  • Resolve technical, product, or account issues
  • Perform technical tasks which include data analysis, optimizing campaigns and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and indexation teams to translate client needs into actionable items internally
  • Tweak campaigns based on data analysis to meet client needs

 

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma
  • You have some experience in online advertising, account management, business analyst or client success type role
  • You possess the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing in English
  • An understanding of PPC advertising products is helpful but we also train newcomers to the industry
  • You have experience speaking with clients or decision makers
  • You can make the data tell a story
  • You love numbers and dissecting data to make logic-based optimizations
  • You are curious, responsible, cooperative, and ready to work in a fast-growing company.
