In this unique role for the new pan-European Ecosystem you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, as well as supporting the Onboarding Product Lead in driving product growth and success.


Role Responsibilities

  • You are a motivated individual that will manage the customer onboarding experience from end to end, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of onboarding materials and processes.
  • You will work with the Onboarding Product Lead to develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and processes.
  • You will monitor and analyze customer onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • You will gather customer feedback and work with crossfunctional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • You will maintain a deep understanding of our digital banking products.

Role Requirements

  • You have strong project management skills and experience leading crossfunctional teams.
  • You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience using data to inform decisionmaking.
  • You can think creatively and solve problems in a collaborative way, and you feel comfortable working in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Previous experience of agile working methodologies is desirable.
  • A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills welcomed.
