Position Summary
- Engage with hotel guests, enhancing their experience by utilizing all outlet services in the lobby area such as Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge.
- Address guest requests for special services like transportation or reservations, ensuring their needs are met satisfactorily.
- Provide local area expertise to inform guests about the property and surrounding amenities, assisting with special event information and local activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve guest needs promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and maintain a professional appearance while delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and address any employee concerns with respect.
- Follow quality standards, handle physical tasks, and undertake additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- License or Certification: Not applicable.
