El Gerente de Proyecto planificará, dirigirá y garantizará el resultado exitoso de los proyectos utilizando los equipos de proyecto asignados, así como los estándares, prácticas y conjuntos de herramientas establecidos dentro de Flowserve.
Trabajará directamente con las partes interesadas internas y externas para garantizar que toda la actividad del proyecto se informe periódicamente al cliente y se realice según las especificaciones técnicas y los términos y condiciones acordados.
Responsabilidades:
Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad por la ejecución total del proyecto, el desempeño y la seguridad (desde el inicio del proyecto hasta su finalización) en todos los proyectos asignados.
Impulsar mejores relaciones con los clientes mediante la creación de un entorno de trabajo libre de circunstancias o percepciones desfavorables para cualquiera de las partes, que cumpla o supere las expectativas de desempeño del cliente.
Garantice un "orden limpio" antes de comenzar el trabajo en un proyecto asignado y utilice el sistema de gestión de cambios para controlar el alcance del trabajo y los costos asociados, durante toda la vida del proyecto.
Responsable de gestionar las expectativas de gasto de cada Proyecto asignado.
Comunique a todas las partes interesadas los hitos del proyecto, las actualizaciones de estado, así como cualquier problema de escalada de clientes existente o potencial.
Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura o licenciatura en el campo relevante (ingeniería) y 0-5 años de experiência relevante
Habilidades competentes en inglés.
Adaptabilidad, flexibilidad y proactividad. Excelentes habilidades de presentación, comunicación oral y escrita, incluida experiência en facilitación de reuniones y talleres.
Habilidades para formar equipos, resolver problemas y resolver conflictos.
Experiência en el uso de Microsoft Office.
Agradable tener:
Experiência en gestión de programas/proyectos.
Experiência contrastada en gestión de riesgos y cambios.
Se prefiere experiência en capacitación Greenbelt, Blackbelt o Lean
Experiência en equipos rotativos.
Excelentes habilidades de estimación, programación y elaboración de presupuestos.
