Funciones
Integrado dentro del Departamento de Residential Sales Advisory, tus principales funciones serán:

  • Atención telefónica a potenciales clientes
  • Coordinación y realización de visitas y reuniones
  • Seguimiento de clientes
  • Negociación y cierre de contratos
  • Control de los gastos de Marketing
  • Elaboración de informes comerciales, marketing y de mercado para reportar a la Promotora
  • Participación en la elaboración de propuestas de comercialización.
  • Servicio postventa
  • Coordinación de las firmas de escritura

Requisitos
Conocimiento del mercado Residencial de Barcelona.

Experiência previa mínima de 2 a 3 años.

Licenciado o Diplomado en Arquitectura, Diseño de interiores, ADE, Derecho, Económicas, Gestión comercial, Marketing.

Conocimiento alto de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Power Point y Word. Valorable conocimiento de Salesforce.

Nível Alto de Inglés:
C1. Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas.
