Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte técnico de nível avanzado para resolver incidencias relacionadas con Office 365 y sus aplicaciones.
  • Realizar configuraciones y mantenimiento de Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business y Office Web Apps.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de TI para implementar nuevas soluciones basadas en la nube.
  • Gestionar usuarios y permisos en el portal de Office 365 y Azure Active Directory.
  • Documentar y mantener actualizada la información relacionada con las incidencias y soluciones implementadas.

Requisitos:

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en soporte técnico en entornos de Office 36
  • Conocimientos Específicos de Productos Office 365, amplio entendimiento de todas las aplicaciones de Office 365, incluidas, pero no limitadas a Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, y Office Web Apps. Debe ser capaz de resolver problemas y proporcionar soporte técnico para estas aplicaciones.
  • Experiência en la administración del portal de Office 365, incluyendo la gestión de usuarios, grupos, licencias, y configuraciones de seguridad. Conocimientos en la configuración de políticas de seguridad y cumplimiento para proteger datos y asegurar la comunicación.
  • Experiência práctica en la planificación e implementación de migraciones a Office 365 desde sistemas existentes, asegurando una transición suave para los usuarios. Capacidad para asesorar sobre las mejores prácticas de implementación y configuración.
  • Conocimientos en Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) y en la configuración de la autenticación única (SSO), autenticación multifactor (MFA), y políticas de acceso condicional para asegurar el acceso a los servicios de Office 36
  • Soporte Técnico y Resolución de Problemas, habilidades de soporte técnico, incluyendo diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos relacionados con Office 365. Esto puede incluir problemas de conectividad, rendimiento, configuración de cliente, y más.
  • Capacitación y Documentación: Habilidad para crear y mantener documentación técnica actualizada, así como proporcionar capacitación y asesoramiento a los usuarios finales para promover el uso eficiente y seguro de las herramientas de Office 36
  • Compromiso con el aprendizaje continuo para mantenerse al día con las nuevas características, actualizaciones de productos, y cambios en el entorno de seguridad de Office 365
