At NITSNETS we don't have a sales department like you've probably seen in other companies.

All our customers have one person in the team (sometimes more than one) who is their liaison in their relationship with us.

From this position, we work to understand the concerns and objectives of the companies that trust us, and above all, of the people who work in them.

That is our best business development strategy.

We want to promote and reinforce this mission, and therefore we are looking for a person to help us grow in this direction.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with people, as you will be the first level of communication with potential clients, attending to, understanding and managing the queries and requests for projects and information that may arise.

You will be in charge of identifying these needs in order to segment them within our areas of expertise, translate them into solutions from our portfolio and explain to the client our point of view in addressing the project he/she transfers to us.

Your main objective, will be to accompany these business opportunities and turn them into projects, putting customer satisfaction and the results of the possible collaboration first.

Simple. It works On boarding...IN 1 MONTH
You will begin to soak up the NITSNETS culture and its processes. You will get to know the whole team and the projects we are working on.
You will be assigned a mentor who will be your onboarding sherpa.

As we are more about doing than talking, you will start making your first contributions and little by little you will be immersed in the projects.

IN 3 MONTHS
You will have a complete picture of the whole new business process and its aspects. You will have been involved in a wide variety of tasks.
You will start to provide solutions accordingly and the first results will start to be produced... You will continue to be mentored by the team and will be taking on more and more responsibility.
IN 6 MONTHS
You will be fully integrated into NITSNETS and nothing will be a secret to you anymore.
You will be providing solutions on a large scale being able to contribute with your talent.

What will be your responsibilities?Respond to and manage customer inquiries and requests for information.
Identify business opportunities and segment the market.
Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, authority and need, or other relevant criteria.
Propose and attend business events, trade fairs, promotional and networking activities and participate in their organization and implementation.
Deliver and follow up on customer satisfaction.

To be responsible for the administrative support of the new project process, including preparation and management of documents, reports, proposals, contracts, etc.

Implement inbound marketing campaigns, and perform metrics and KPI analysis to evaluate their performance.
Follow up on leads to advance the process and close projects.
Collaborate in the production of marketing and corporate materials, aimed at lead generation and qualification.
Ensure that the operational teams have all the necessary information for the implementation of the project.
Take care of the company's brand image and institutional relations.
Learn continuously, for which we will provide you with the means. We want you to grow and contribute more and more every day.

Remote and flexibleWhere will you work? We propose a hybrid model semi in-person in which, approximately 60% of your time will be shared with the rest of the team in our offices in Alicante and the rest where you prefer.

Schedule Flexible start time from Monday to Thursday with start between 8:00 h and 9:30 h in the morning, and departure between 17:00 h and 18:30 h.

On Fridays you will finish at 15:00 h and in summer we have an intensive day from 8:00 h to 15:00 h.

Experience of more than 3 years managing commercial projects and in similar tasks, preferably in strategic consulting or IT sector.

Ability to interpret analytics, handle qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Excellent communication both oral and written and very good interpersonal skills.
Advanced handling of office automation solutions.

Experience working on E-commerce projects.
English spoken (B2 level).University degree, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
Residence in Alicante or nearby.
