Description du poste

Développe des plans marketing détaillés pour lancer des promotions et des campagnes.Supervise la création de contenus marketing, y compris les brochures, les vidéos et les publications sur les réseaux sociaux.Organise des événements et des conférences de presse pour promouvoir l'hôtel et ses offres.Collabore avec les agences de publicité et de marketing pour élaborer des campagnes publicitaires.Établit des partenariats avec des influenceurs et des blogueurs pour accroître la notoriété de la marque.Planifie et exécute des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux pour engager et fidéliser les clients.Coordonne la production de matériel publicitaire et promotionnel avec les équipes internes et externes.Élabore des rapports sur les performances des campagnes marketing et recommande des améliorations.Développe et maintient des relations avec les partenaires commerciaux et les sponsors.Assure la cohérence de l'image de marque dans toutes les communications et les supports marketing.Surveille les avis et les commentaires en ligne et répond aux préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle.Identifie les nouvelles opportunités de marketing pour améliorer la présence de l'hôtel.Évalue l'impact des initiatives de relations publiques et ajuste les stratégies en conséquence. Qualifications

Bac +3 ou plus en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.Expérience avérée dans le marketing et les relations publiques, de préférence dans l'industrie hôtelière.Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.Connaissance des outils et des techniques de marketing digital.Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.Expérience en gestion eten analyse de données marketing.Compétences interpersonnelles solides et capacité à établir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.Créativité et capacité à innover dans les campagnes marketing et de communication.
