By becoming a part of the wider client marketing team, you will have the chance to collaborate with world-class and passionate people from all over the world, working together to develop outstanding marketing initiatives that drive business development and cater to existing clients.
You will be contributing to the overall growth of the EMEA region, with each team member focusing on specific markets.
As you collaborate closely with the sales team in Italy, your responsibilities will involve building, deploying, managing, and optimising account-based marketing plans for our key accounts.
This includes understanding client priorities, identifying opportunities for dunnhumby, designing, and executing personalised 1:1, one-to-few, and one-to-many marketing tactics in an intuitive, engaging, and impactful way through various channels.
However, your responsibilities won't be confined solely to Italy.Apart from supporting business development in Italy, you will also have a crucial role in driving the growth of one of our key clients in the UK, John Lewis & Partners, by planning and executing the marketing strategy.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain insights into the grocery retail landscape in EMEA, understand the priorities of our clients and prospects in diverse markets, collaborate with the broader marketing team, and develop localised marketing strategies.
What you'll be working on
- Taking ownership of the Italy market by collaborating closely with the Italy sales team to create and implement accountbased marketing plans tailored to our key accounts.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of the marketing strategy for John Lewis & Partner, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team.
- Expand your support to encompass marketing activities in other EMEA regions. As our team grows, we aim to extend marketing support to more markets in EMEA, such as the Nordics, Middle East, South Africa, etc.
What we expect from you
- 3 years' experience in marketing/communications/business
- Proficiency in English is essential. Italian would be highly valued
- Strong collaboration skills are required, as you will be interacting with various functions and departments such as Sales, Product, Capabilities, Finance, Legal, etc.
- A curious and eagertolearn attitude is vital for understanding retail in diverse markets, enabling you to create relevant and localised marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in campaign management and project management is preferred
