As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the HR and payroll industry, your role is dynamic and multifaceted, contributing significantly to various aspects of our marketing initiatives.

Operating within a dynamic matrix organizational structure in an international environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional marketing functions, as you will play a crucial role in supporting the Demand Generation Manager and Content Creation Manager within the team.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns to promote HR and payroll solutions.

Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.

Assist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
Provide insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilize data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, contributing to lead generation and nurturing efforts.
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans and strategies to meet overall company objectives.
Foster positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
Collaborate with the local marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital and demand generation marketing strategy.
Implement A/B testing to optimize digital marketing campaigns for conversion.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing digital assets.

Flexibility:
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving campaign needs and priorities.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing.
Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Pardot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is advantageous.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of international marketing trends and cultural nuances is desirable.
