YOUR ROLE:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within the HR and payroll sector, your role is varied and impactful, contributing significantly to our marketing efforts. Operating in a dynamic international environment, you will collaborate with diverse teams to drive effective marketing strategies, supporting the Demand Generation Manager and Content Creation Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and analyzing campaigns for HR and payroll solutions.
  • Work with the Content Creation Manager to produce engaging content across various platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for alignment.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns through data analysis.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing plans.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement A/B testing for campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with design teams for visual assets.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for data insights.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.

  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of international marketing trends desired.
