Misión:


Elaborar las políticas, normativas y procesos internos en materia organizativa, con foco en compensación y beneficios y supervisión de materia laboral, asegurando el marco legal en Iberia y coordinando en tiempo y forma el conjunto de actividades relacionadas con la planificación de plantilla, contratación, políticas de empleo, retribución, compensación y beneficios desvinculación y procesos jurídicos, manteniendo una interlocución fluida con el resto de los departamentos implicados en esta actividad.


Responsabilidades:


Desarrollar políticas de retribución y compensación, el proceso de estructuración salarial, así como los programas de beneficios de la Cía., para mantener la competitividad interna y externa.


Realizar análisis, diagnósticos y tomar decisiones en materia de estructura organizativa, organización del trabajo, estudios de métodos y tiempos de trabajo y planificación de plantilla.

Realizar las valoraciones de puestos, teniendo en consideración competitividad externa y equidad interna.


Estudiar y analizar datos internos para establecer los níveles de equidad interna y competitividad externa, de acuerdo con la política salarial de la compañía, realizando estudios salariales generales para actualizar las prácticas y tendencias del mercado en la organización.


Diseñar, evaluar y modificar las políticas de beneficios para asegurar que los programas estén actualizados, sean competitivos y cumplan con los requisitos legales.


Administrar, dirigir y revisar los programas de beneficios para empleados, incluida la integración de los programas de beneficios tras las fusiones y adquisiciones.


Analizar y definir las políticas de compensación y estructuras salariales en base a la definición de puestos, redefiniendo las políticas de retribución.


Definir, implantar y coordinar las nuevas formas de retribución/beneficios para el conjunto de los empleados, siendo principal interlocutor con proveedores y cliente interno Desarrollar políticas de retribución y compensación, el proceso de estructuración salarial, así como los programas de beneficios de la Cía., para mantener la competitividad interna y externa.


Realizar análisis, diagnósticos y tomar decisiones en materia de estructura organizativa, organización del trabajo, estudios de métodos y tiempos de trabajo y planificación de plantilla.


Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de su área, realizando los seguimientos y reportes necesarios a partir de las directrices de la Dirección de RRHH para garantizar una gestión eficiente de los recursos.


Desarrollar, implantar y evaluar la aplicación de normativas y criterios en materia de empleo, contratación y desvinculación, asistencia y protección social complementaria, de acuerdo con la jurisprudencia y legislación laboral.


Analizar y evaluar la aplicación del marco legislativo laboral y jurisprudencia, establecer criterios y decidir en materia de contratación, relación laboral y normativa interna.

Definir e implementar planes de salida y de jubilación.
Gestión de los planes de pensiones y planes de previsión existentes.


Liderar a las personas bajo su responsabilidad para contar con un equipo profesional y motivado que garantice la consecución de los objetivos.
