Funciones principales:
- Liderar las actividades de gestión de datos, como el diseño de modelos de datos o el desarrollo de nuevas prácticas de gestión de datos.
- Garantizar que los datos sean precisos realizando auditorías e identificando tendencias que puedan indicar problemas con la calidad de los datos.
- Gestionar el área de Master Data para que sea reconocida como un socio comercial que promueve la eficiencia y permite un crecimiento empresarial rentable.
- Impulsar asociaciones sólidas en toda la organización para incluir líderes de negocios, TI y otros usuarios de datos para comprender completamente sus necesidades de datos.
- Diseñar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de gestión de datos para una organización para garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de la industria.
- Desarrollar una estrategia a largo plazo para la gestión de datos dentro de una organización basada en las metas y objetivos de la organización.
- Revisar las fuentes de datos para identificar oportunidades de mejoras de eficiencia dentro de una organización.
- Crear pautas para la estructura de datos dentro de una organización para garantizar la coherencia en cómo se almacena, organiza y accede a la información.
- Desarrollar estándares para almacenar y acceder a datos utilizando herramientas como bases de datos relacionales y almacenes de datos.
- Desarrollar e implementar procesos para la gobernanza de datos, como controles de calidad de datos y auditorías de datos.
- Impulsar las mejoras del sistema de TI y nuevas tecnologías para automatizar y mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de Datos Maestros/Gobierno de Datos.
- Diseñar, acordar e implementar una estrategia corporativa de gestión de datos maestros/gobierno de datos que garantice la precisión, integridad, administración, coherencia y responsabilidad de los datos.
- Colaborar en diferentes proyectos departamentales que puedan desarrollarse.
Perfil requerido:
- Formación académica: Licenciatura en informática, sistemas de información o un campo relacionado.
- Idiomas: Dominio alto de inglés. Deseables otros idiomas.
- Experiência: entre 3 y 5 años de experiência en gestión de datos, análisis de datos o una función similar.
- Experiência con herramientas y tecnologías MDM como SAP, Oracle, Informática, etc.
- Conocimiento de técnicas y metodologías de modelado de datos como ERD, UML, etc.
- Conocimiento de los principios y mejores prácticas de calidad de datos.
- Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad y privacidad de datos como GDPR, CCPA, etc.
