Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product master data and supplier data in relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product master data and supplier data in relevant systems.
  • Support the collection of new master data as part of business-as-usual operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for ESO project managers and artwork colleagues concerning operational issues with master data or requests to create/change data.
  • Coordinate the development of artworks with the graphic designer, the project manager, and all the affiliates and suppliers involved, alerting the project managers and supply chain teams to any delays and proposing alternatives.
  • Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and that the operations of the application meet all requirements.
  • Proactively improve master data processes and documentation in line with business and system requirements.
  • Coordinate the management of approval workflows for Art Works changes (packaging decor) in the VAULT system.

Requirements:

  • An educational background in Life Science Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in data management and analysis tools.
  • Understanding of data standards and regulations.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with different teams.
  • An understanding of the role of data in the Life Science industry.
