JOB OPENING: ESG OFFICER

DEPARTMENT: RISK

REPORTS TO: CHIEF RISK OFFICER

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid

POSITION SUMMARY: IPC powers the global financial markets with Communication, Compliance, and Network Solutions for over 6,000 market participants across six continents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with climate specialists to calculate IPC's global footprint
  • Manage IPC's carbon reduction roadmap
  • Formulate, implement, and track Science-Based Targets
  • Engage with supply chain to track carbon reduction
  • Conduct renewable energy assessments
  • Obtain ISO 14001 certification
  • Create annual ESG Report
  • Improve CDP and EcoVadis scoring

Experience and Skills:

  • Masters degree in Sustainability or related fields
  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Experience in carbon footprints, Science-Based Targets, and ISO 14001
