Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a para el área de Customer Service de Senior Protection en Cornellà de Llobregat

En este rol, dirigirás y desarrollarás a un equipo de asesores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPI's diarios del servicio y gestionando la sala bajo la supervisión del Supervisor/a.

Tu principal misión será garantizar que tu equipo alcance los KPI's establecidos y mantenga los altos estándares de servicio. Asimismo, deberás asegurar que cuenten con todas las herramientas necesarias para desempeñarse eficazmente.

FUNCIONES Y ORGANIZACIÓN DIARIA:

  • Gestión y desarrollo del equipo.
  • Seguimiento y desarrollo de nuevas incorporaciones.
  • Supervisión de asesores a través de auditorías y sesiones de coaching.
  • Análisis de informes de calidad y feedback.
  • Apoyo a operadores y asignación de responsabilidades.
  • Comunicación con el equipo de WFM y control de ausencias.
  • Distribución y seguimiento de gestiones para cumplir SLAs.
  • Seguimiento de tareas administrativas y reporte de status.
  • Análisis y propuestas de mejora continua.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la gestión de equipos en Contact Center.
  • Dominio del castellano (se valora el catalán).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad analítica y organizativa.
  • Perfil dinámico, trabajador en equipo y orientado a resultados.
  • Capaz de adaptarse al cambio y gestionar el estrés.
  • Interesado en la innovación y mejora continua.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de oficina.
