We provide an end-to-end solution for passionate parents and educators to open their own childcare facilities and create nurturing and creative environments for children.

Our mission is to empower childcare owners, while providing children with access to educational environments that foster social, physical, and cognitive development.

We offer a comprehensive suite of tools, including marketing, a mobile app, payment systems, and a CRM, to support the operations of childcare centers.

Additionally, we have developed a curriculum based on attachment parenting, Non-Violent Communication, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy, in collaboration with esteemed professors from Harvard University.

About this role:


As a Junior Operations Coordinator with a focus on content creation and community building, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and fostering a thriving community of parents and educators.

Your responsibilities will include creating engaging educational content, coordinating community engagement initiatives, and assisting with various operational tasks. This is a 6-month internship position, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

You will:

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging content in various formats, such as videos, articles, interactive activities, and lesson plans, to support the learning journey of children in our microschools.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in early childhood education, empathy, and creativity.

Community Building:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and supportive network of parents, educators, and childcare owners.
  • Engage with community members through forums, social media platforms, events, and workshops to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.
  • Organize and facilitate webinars, panel discussions, and other virtual or inperson events to promote dialogue and learning within the community.

Operations Support:

  • Assist with various operational tasks, including administrative duties, data entry, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Support the onboarding process for new childcare owners, ensuring a smooth transition and providing guidance on utilizing our platform and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as product development and marketing, to gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

We'd love you to have:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Catalan native and English high level (mandatory).
  • Passion for early childhood education, empathy, and creativity.
  • Proven ability to create engaging educational content
  • Familiar with the principles of attachment parenting, Non-Violent Communication, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Experience with community management, social media engagement, or customer support is a plus.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and content creation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player mindset.
