Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this role:
- Lead a team of pre-sales solution architects to develop and deliver innovative solutions within the Partner ecosystem
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for cross-industry development and go-to-market strategies
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business needs
- Allocate resources for joint solution development and demand generation efforts
- Regularly evaluate team performance and ensure effective resource utilization
- Manage day-to-day activities such as scheduling, expense review, and reporting
To excel in this role you need:
- 7+ years of experience leading pre-sales or professional services organizations
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage senior-level professionals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across various organizational levels
- Experience working with service providers, outsourcers, and global system integrators
- Ability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
