Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, resolving issues, and answering inquiries promptly.
Address customer queries via phone and email related to bookings, activities, and the Dutch market.
Offer guidance on facilities and services, handle customer concerns effectively, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quick resolution.
Assist customers in making bookings for accommodations, meals, and recreational activities, ensuring accuracy in details and billing information.
Candidate Profile Fluent in Dutch language (C2 level).Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Possess traits such as thoroughness, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
