Misión:
Realizar el montaje y el mantenimiento de Maquinaria, realizando operaciones de: mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo (avisos y reparaciones), revisiones de seguridad, puesta en marcha y entrega de máquinas a Clientes, etc. También realiza un asesoramiento técnico y comercial al Cliente, en las asistencias técnicas que efectúa.
Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
Ejecución de trabajos de Servicio Técnico
Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo aplicando los ckeck-list establecidos en KION para cada modelo de Máquina. Realizar los Avisos de averías y reparaciones, identificando deficiencias y notificando al Cliente, su reparación directa o bien mediante la aprobación previa, de un presupuesto. Suministrar recambios. Identificar la necesidad de piezas de recambio en la máquina y gestionar su reposición. Realizar pruebas de seguridad en máquinas, conforme a las prescripciones técnicas legales. Montar las nuevas máquinas, efectuar la puesta en marcha y entregar la máquina al Cliente. Elaborar los presupuestos de reparación de máquinas y suministro de repuestos, conforme a las directrices establecidas en la organización.Atención comercial – Clientes.
Asesorar al Cliente en todo lo relacionado con la máquina y el servicio: cuestiones técnicas, recambios, reparaciones recomendadas y necesarias, etc. Ser una persona proactiva en la identificación de oportunidades de venta de: servicios, recambios, máquinas nuevas y mejoras en máquinas existentes, informando al Cliente y notificando a su Asesor Técnico y/o Gestor de Zona.Generación de los Boletines de asistencia técnica (BM).
Elaborar los Boletines conforme a las directrices de la Organización en cuanto: transmisión diaria, firma del cliente, codificación del tipo de asistencia, identificación de los repuestos utilizados, etc.Gestión, custodia y cuidado, de los medios técnicos y material asignados
Utilización correcta y cuidado de: vehículo taller, notebook, teléfono, herramientas, útiles e inventario de repuestos y en general de todo el material asignado.Formación, conocimientos & Experiencia:
Módulo medio o superior de formación profesional (Mecatrónica osimilar) o experiencia en el sector como Técnico de mantenimiento / reparaciones, de al menos 2 años.
Formación no Reglada /Idiomas/Conocimientos específicos:
Conocimientos de MS Office.Competencias & habilidades:
Habilidades comunicativas. Capacidad de trabajo de forma autónoma. Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo y actualización de conocimientos técnicos. Trabajo en equipo y coordinación con otros departamentos. Responsabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo bien hecho.
