En tant que Manager, vous rejoindrez notre équipe Sales en charge sur le site et vous dirigerez la gestion d'une équipe télémarketing basée à Barcelone. Vous évaluerez le potentiel de développement des entreprises du secteur afin d'accompagner au mieux votre équipe. La mission de votre équipe sera de prospecter une clientèle de professionnels (Photographie, Fleuristes, Dj's..) à partir d'un portefeuille de prestataires déjà inscrits sur le site leader du secteur nuptial dans le but de leur proposer une solution de communication adaptée à leurs besoins.

**RESPONSABILITES**

Management d'équipe:

- Gérer une équipe de 5 à 8 Account Managers et les accompagner vers l'atteinte des objectifs attendus
- En tant que leader, votre rôle sera d'évaluer et de développer les compétences des Account Managers
- Assurer un reporting régulier des résultats à votre supérieur

Développement Sales:

- Assurer le développement commercial auprès de votre propre clientèle B2B, à travers la fidélisation et la recherche de nouveaux business
- Partager les best practice sales auprès de votre équipe, transmettre les valeurs et la ligne directive de l'entreprise
- Suivi quotidien de l'équipe à l'aide de l'analyse des KPI

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation commerciale et avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Nous apprécierons beaucoup votre expérience dans la vente B2B et dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients.
- Vous êtes un(e) leader avec une bonne expérience dans la gestion d'équipes commerciales.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats et objectifs tout en étant empathique, analytique et à l'écoute.
- Votre relationnel et vos compétences d'adaptation vous permettent de franchir toutes les barrières.
- Votre maîtrise du français est parfaite et vous disposez d'un niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B2).
- Passionné(e) par le marketing digital, vous en connaissez les principes et les notions fondamentales.
