Skello's ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe.
To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.
Context*We are looking for a Spanish speaking Sales Manager who will, besides getting in high quality leads, also act as team lead & mentor the team as we expand within Spain.
As a Sales Manager you play an essential part in acquiring new customers and get the team ready for the next level.
You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long-term, excited customers and help the team achieve their target.
You will be responsible for building and leading a commercial team in Spain and growing our local business. You will be based in Barcelona and report to the General Manager Spain.Missions*Grow our customer base in Spain, developing a €1.2M+ ARR business in Spain in the next 12 months*- Define commercial strategy for Spain
- Ensure the incentives' scheme allow to reach individual objectives and collective goals
- Identify and implement actions to improve commercial performance
- Manage relationships with strategic key accounts
- Track key commercial performance indicators and take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets
- Define individual objectives and provide exceptional leadership and coaching to maximize target achievement
- Develop a strong customercentric culture that reflects our business principles and values
- Ensure skello is recognized as a reference for training and developing sales teams
- Ensure current tools and processes are well suited for commercial teams' needs in Spain
- Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and Spanish local market
- Unmatched ability to drive sales growth
- Strong communication skills and ability to create productive team dynamics
- High willingness to join a fastpaced earlystage project
- Native or bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English (French is a plus)
Process
Discovery call with Marc, our General Manager Spain, to discuss your experience and assess your business sense/ understanding of the local Spanish market (60 mins)
- Business case to complete at home
- Interview with Quitterie, our CEO and cofounder, to present your business case and discuss our longterm vision for Skello (60 mins)
- Interview with a member of our Spanish team (60mn)
