As Sales Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a strong team of 8 to 10 Inside Sales dedicated to the activation of our partners in the French market. Your main mission is to ensure that we meet our monthly objectives for prospecting, forming and closing partnerships. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing environment that values internal mobility and offers unique opportunities to develop quickly.

En tant que Sales Team Lead, ta mission sera de:
  • Manager une équipe de 8 à 10 Inside Sales:
    • Construire et assurer la cohésion de l'équipe;
    • Recruter activement les futurs éléments en organisant et assurant les entretiens de sélection en collaboration avec le Head of Inside Sales France;
    • Créer une routine d'équipe basée sur des interactions régulières (weekly d'équipe, individuelle, stand-up,...);
    • Conduite des entretiens semestriels pour chaque membre de l'équipe (évaluation de performance et revue salariale)
  • Gestion et analyse de la performance:
    • Veiller à ce que les objectifs mensuels soient atteints;
    • Analyse des KPI (appels passés, temps connecté, taux de conversion) et analyse du pipeline de vente (nombre de demos/formations, d'agences activées et d'agences validées);
    • Suivi quotidien des résultats individuels et collectifs
  • Utilisation du coaching et du mentorat pour renforcer les compétences des équipes:
    • Coaching commercial: application concrète des stratégies de vente, suivi de la gestion des objections et accompagnement tout au long du process de vente;
    • Mentorat: développement de compétences clés des Insides Sales (recrutement, gestion de projet, coaching);
    • Optimisation de la maîtrise des processus CRM et des phases de vente pour une efficacité maximale
  • Collaboration étroite avec les équipes de Account Management et de Partenariats Stratégiques:
    • Développement de nouveaux partenariats;
    • Test sur de nouvelles verticales;
    • Collaborer et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de notre empreinte dans l'écosystème immobilier
Ton profil :
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en vente B2B;
  • Une expérience en management d'équipe d'au moins 1 an;
  • Vous êtes un leader inspirant et maintenez une attitude positive;
  • Vision stratégique, capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à améliorer les processus;
  • Français bilingue, anglais courant
