Ferrovial Construcción Energía nace recientemente para desarrollar el negocio de Energía en la División de Construcción dentro del marco estratégico Horizon 24, e integra actualmente las actividades de T&I, generación renovable, así como contratos de Eficiencia Energética. A día de hoy con presencia en España, Portugal y Chile, pero con la intención de estar presente en todas las geografías claves para Ferrovial Construcción, siendo USA una de ellas.
MISIÓN
Gestionar energéticamente los contratos de servicios energéticos asignados, de acuerdo con las instrucciones de su superior jerárquico, para garantizar tanto el cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos y administrativos como la máxima satisfacción del cliente y facilitar el logro de los objetivos de la compañía en materia de crecimiento y/o rentabilidad.
FUNCIONES
- Registro de información energía, registro de facturas y ejercicio de verificación.
- Informes comparativos de análisis, con respecto a presupuesto y líneas base actualizadas.
- Informes de mejora en función de las desviaciones que se hayan detectado.
- Actualizaciones de inventario y líneas base en función de las modificaciones trasladadas por los gestores de los contratos.
- Análisis de inversiones adicionales a realizar para subsanar o mejorar deficiencias detectadas en equipos o soluciones de comunicación.
- Supervisión de la correcta instalacion de los equipos garantizando que estos, se encuentran mantenidos.
- Análisis de riesgos energéticos en la implantación de inversiones, y en el desarrollo de los contratos y obras y elaboración de las propuestas de medidas correctoras.
- Realizar el análisis energético de instalaciones, proponiendo soluciones, mejoras y cambios que mejoren la eficiencia energética de las instalaciones.
- Aseguramiento de la correcta programación de las variables estáticas: horarios de funcionamiento, curvas de regulación, Ta consigna...
- Configuración de alertas de desviaciones en el sistema de gestión y análisis de las mismas.
- Redacción y actualización de los registros necesarios para el cumplimiento de la ISO 50.001, así como los reportes solicitados por el dpto. de Calidad.
- Colaborar en la defensa de las auditorias internas y externas de las ISO en colaboración con el gestor del contrato.
Requisitos:
- Formación**:preferiblemente titulación en Ingeniería (Grado o Máster). Valorable conocimientos técnicos en Eficiencia Energética, Sistemas de Gestión Energía, ISO 50001, Auditor Energético o Máster/Cursos del Sector Energético.
- Experiência: mínimo 3 años de experiência previa en empresas del sector.
- Conocimientos demostrables en: análisis, comprensión y preparación de cálculos de proyectos integrales de Servicios Energéticos y conocimientos de obras de ejecución de proyectos de Servicios Energéticos.
