Job Summary
Jones Lang Lasalle Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Energy Manager to join their Energy & Infrastructure Advisory team in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of complex transactions, equity and debt capital raises, and other client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt capital raises, and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved.
- Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with junior team members to prepare financial models and transaction documents, as well as client deliverables.
- Proactively support E&IA team directors in pursuing new business development opportunities through the generation of client leads and preparation of pitches.
- Lead the development of in-house financial models and undertake valuation assignments.
- Manage junior team members on assignments.
- Develop thought leadership materials and produce sector insights on the Iberian renewable market.
- Support the growth and development of the E&IA team through a variety of internal tasks.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in the renewable energy sector. As an Energy Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions and projects, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in renewable energy, with experience in M&A transactions, equity and debt capital raises, and other client engagements. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
