How to contribute to our vision- Administers Service Projects in SAP system ensuring masterdata is accurate and kept up to date.
- Responsible for invoicing across multiple countries
- Responsible for accounts receivable and ensure cash is collected from customers before the fall due.
- Responsible for resolving issues and overcoming barriers relating to overdue accounts receivable and working in collaboration with colleagues around the region to ensure working capital is optimised.
- Responsible for accurate and timely project reporting.
- Supports Commercial Project Managers to administer, analyse and manage projects.
- Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
- Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
- Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
- Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and/or technical problems.
- Supports preand/or post sales technical product advice for development, implementation and operation of customer solutions.
- Invoices Service and Aftermarket fees, ensuring billing plans are correctly reflect.
