How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a Junior Global Mobility partner that will take responsibility in:

- Access management to Global Mobility tools
- Run, review and analyze assignment volume and assessment reports
- support training activities for Global Mobility team, employees and managers
- Handle internal communication channels e.g. Yammer
- Track and chase errors with case management team
- Review and analyze Customer Satisfaction surveys and propose solutions together with the team
- Document Management
- Support Tax Services process
- Provide authorization list to each provider + guides
- Follow up with payroll providers on outstanding salary information according to Deloitte and due dates
- Support on general admin tasks
- Support on admin tasks regarding change management, communication and training

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

- You hold a university degree in Human Resources with Global Mobility experience.
- Preferably, you have some experience with Global Mobility
- You possess excellent MS Office skills
- You are precise, structured and detail oriented, but at the same time, you are capable of seeing the big picture.
- Good English skills written and spoken.
