**Le poste**

Au sein du service Marketing Digital du groupe, vous pilotez l'acquisition de nouveaux leads et clients via nos canaux de marketing digitaux pour tous les produits.

En collaboration avec l'équipe Marketing Digital et les différentes entités, vous serez amené(e) à piloter au quotidien nos différentes campagnes, agences digitales et partenaires. Vos principales missions seront:

- Mettre en œuvre et suivre l'ensemble des campagnes d'acquisition sur nos différents leviers (search, display, social, affiliation, native ads, comparateurs, etc.) pour toutes les entités du groupe dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de volumes et les coûts d'acquisition fixés en amont
- Identifier les leviers d'optimisation afin d'accroître nos volumes et notre rentabilité sur la lead generation
- Gérer un budget de plusieurs millions d'euros
- Assurer la veille des évolutions sur les médias digitaux et la concurrence
- Assurer un reporting régulier des performances sur les différentes campagnes y compris celles des prestataires.
- Manager l'équipe

**Profil recherché**

**Ce que nous recherchons impérativement**:

- **Vous parlez FRANÇAIS niveau natif**:

- Vous bénéficiez d'un Bac+5 en marketing (école de commerce ou université) et vous justifiez d'au minimum 5 ans d'expériences professionnelles sur un poste similaire idéalement en agence dans la gestion de campagnes et d'optimisation pour générer des leads et des conversions, une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance, du courtage et/ou de la banque serait appréciée
- Vous avez des compétences managériales
- Vous êtes très à l'aise et autonome sur les plateformes paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, LinkdIn MS, etc.) y compris sur la partie tracking
- Vous maîtrisez les enjeux liés au SEO
- Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint) et idéalement les outils de la suite Google (Google Analytics, Data Studio) voire Matomo.
- Vous avez des notions en CMS et en langages de programmation
- Vous avez déjà travaillé avec un ou plusieurs CRM et en connaissez les problématiques
- Vous avez déjà géré des budgets significatifs
- Vous êtes proactif(ve), curieux(se) autonome et très organisé(e)
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'analyse et votre sens du relationnel
- Vous possédez une vraie culture du résultat
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur dans votre travail
