What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.
Who are we? We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting, sales, tech) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently.
Where are we? We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.
Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.
We are currently looking for
an amazing Traffic Manager (night shift role) to help us improve the lives of our drivers and develop our product.
The hours of operation would be from
an overlap between our afternoon and evening shifts, with
4 days of remote work and 1 day at our offices located in Edgar Neville.
We are interested in a talented individual with a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility (we are quite flexible so we need highly responsible individuals) that will contribute to the logistics side of our business. Our tech is constantly being updated and changed to better fit the requirements of our partners and clients so flexibility and adaptation is key.
What do we need from you:

Basic knowledge of logistics / transport industry required, experience of +4 years in the sector is preferred.

Be a team player. We are all on the same side and we need to stay united as one, you must be able to work with a big and diverse group of people. Discourse and debates are encouraged, arguing is not. You must support, understand and help our colleagues and partners.

People skills. A big part of the job is being the middleman for our partners and in between our own departments. Strong communication skills are a must to maintain a healthy relationship between everyone.

Critical thinking and problem solving. You will face issues and problems that are dynamic and you will have to not only resolve them but develop strategies and proactive solutions on how to avoid them in the future.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in execution, and to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Collaborate side by side with all our departments**. Trucksters is a tech-logistics company, although programming/sales/marketing/bussiness skills are not required for the logistics side we expect everyone to help anyway they can to improve our product and service.

Adhere to overall technology standards and practices and help improving them by adding your valuable insights
What you'll do:
Your first week you will go through our On-Boarding process where you will get familiar with the company, learn how to use our internal tools and get a clear understanding of our vision and our methodology.
Your first month you will hopefully be up and running supervising routes, talking to drivers, handling issues and solving problems that will inevitably arise during your day to day. You will be constantly helping out wherever you can to make everything run as smoothly as possible.
After a few months it will depend entirely on you. How much you are willing to contribute to helping Trucksters become a household name in both Tech and Logistics will be up to you. Hopefully we will be helping each other to grow, evolve and reach our goals.

Basic knowledge of, and at least 4 years of experience in, the logistics sector

- Fluent in English, valuable 2nd language (Spanish, Romanian, Polish, French, German )
