Serás responsable de la gestión y administración de las diferentes tareas que nos aterricen y que podamos derivar a los diferentes departamentos de nuestra compañía.
Esta es una posición de Front Office / Office management y trabajarás en nuestra delegación en Barcelona, donde reportarás directamente a nuestro mánager en el Departamento de SAC (Servicio de Atención al Cliente).
¿Qué harás?
- Dar el Welcome a clientes y/o proveedores y dirigirlos a las personas con quién van a mantener una reunión
- Gestión de viajes internos de la compañía, así como asistencia a las necesidades de desplazamiento de nuestro board ejecutivo o de cualquier posición que lo requiera.
- Atención de llamadas entrantes donde se entiende el problema y posteriormente se resuelve operativamente, haciéndole llegar la incidencia y/o cuestión al departamento correspondiente.
- Gestión y control de stock de ropa/EPIS.
- Control de entregas en las altas/bajas de personal.
¿Qué necesitamos?
- Que tengas experiência en gestionar toda la parte administrativa de una compañía (si es comercial es un plus )
- Dominio de herramientas como Excel a nível organizativo o CRM para tu día a día
- Organización y planificación ágil y efectiva
- Talento multidisclipinar para dar soluciones a los problemas que puedan surgir
- Que te guste encender el poder del sol igual que a nosotros
